Amy's Kitchen — Our Story

The usual conversation about working with Amy's Kitchen goes something like this:
Person 1: “You know Amy’s right?”
Person 2: “Hmm unsure.”
1: “They make those frozen meals.”
2: “OHHH YEAAH. I love those. The burritos!”
1: “And the soups.”
2: “And the soups!”
And thus the very reason Amy’s came to us. They had been wildly successful for the last 30+ years growing from a small, family-owned dream with a pot pie recipe to a nationwide organic frozen-food and soup juggernaut mostly by word of mouth. In all their years they still hadn’t told their story, at least to the masses. And they were ready. Ready to reach a whole new audience. But by sticking to their values, especially, “We stay true to who we are: Be your real self.”
So with authenticity as our North Star and a belief that good food is a human right, we set off. Set off with our friends and collaborators at Farm League. Set off making a set of films that showed and told who Amy’s was, is, and will continue to be. From their founders’ story to the partners they choose. From their influence on organic to doing things the hard way because it’s right.
Because at Amy’s, they don’t cut corners, they cut carrots. And they care. Like really care.
